Upon creating a ticket, please submit the following for the new buyer subject to higher management's approval:
General Requirements
- Request Letter (indicate the reason and affix signature of the current buyer/s and new buyer)
- 2 Valid IDs (affix 3 specimen signature)
- Proof of Civil Status (CENOMAR if single, Marriage Certificate if married)
- Proof of Billing (i.e. utility bill, credit card statement, etc) (if POB is not under your name, you may use Authorization to use proof of billing attached the ID of the owner)
- New RA documents / New Docket – available at the 3rd Flr Phirst Park Home - Head Office or at your nearest PPHI site
Income Requirements
Employed
- Latest 3 months payslips
- Latest 3 months Payroll Bank Statement
- Certificate of Employment w/ Compensation & Tenure (locally employed)
- Valid Job Contract (based abroad)
Self-Employed (Please submit SKETCH MAP of business location)
- Certificate of Business Registration from DTI/SEC
- Audited Financial Statement w/ ITR
- Bank Statement or Passbook for the last 6 months
Important Reminder
- Transfer of ownership request is subject to Management evaluation and deductions (released commission of agent / incentives released / taxes / forfeited reservation fee)
- All Request for Special Approval has Admin Fee amounting to PhP10,000 for Transfer of Ownership request - payment settlement once request is approved
