Change of Unit - Requirements

General Requirements 
•    Request Letter (indicate the reason, new unit and affix signature of the principal buyer) 
•    2 Valid IDs (affix 3 specimen signature) 
•    New RA documents / New Docket – available at the 21st Phirst Park Home - Head Office or at your nearest PPHI site signed by AIF.

 
Income Requirements   
 
Employed 
1.    Latest 3 months' pay slips 
2.    Latest 3 months Payroll Bank Statement 
3.    Certificate of Employment w/ Compensation & Tenure (locally employed) 
4.    Valid Job Contract (based abroad) 
 
Self-Employed
1.    Certificate of Business Registration from DTI/SEC 
2.    Audited Financial Statement w/ ITR - 2 years
3.    List of trade & references
a.    3 name & contact number of supplier
b.    3 name & contact number of customer
4.    Bank Statement or Passbook for the last 6 months 
5.    Latest proof of billing with sketch map & landmark
6.    Complete business address with sketch map & landmark
 
Important Reminder 
•    Transfer of unit request is subject to Management evaluation and deductions (released commission of agent / incentives released / taxes / forfeited reservation fee) 
•    All Request for Special Approval has Admin Fee amounting to PhP10,000 for Transfer of Unit request - payment settlement once request is approved.
